How do I upload my videos?
Y ou simply get started by importing any existing video, e.g. from YouTube or Vimeo. Use the search bar to look for the video that you want to enrich, or just add the URL. Connect HiHaHo to your personal YouTube, Vimeo, or JW Player account to make importing videos even easier.
If I stop my account, what happens to my interactive videos?
After starting with VideoSpicer, you start giving additional functions to existing videos and collect data from them. When you cancel your subscription, these interactions and recordings will stop. Often, videos are used with focus for 1 year maximum. If you wish for your current videos to stay interactive, please contact email@example.com to discuss a possible solution.
Can I directly add ‘Add To Cart’ actions to buttons?

Can I see the results of the videoplayer in my Analytics campaigns?
The results of the VideoSpicer player and the videos in it are directly shown in analytics as a referral party. This enables you to track where viewers went and what actions they took after watching the videos from the player.
If you want to be able to track which specific buttons in your video lead to purchases or other actions, follow the stips in this article.
The most important in-video information can also be found in the VideoSpicer tool’s own analytics dashboard!
I want to remove the VideoSpicer logo in the player on my website and other channels. Can I remove it?
Our logo is added to the player in the free version of our interactive player. When changing to a paid subscription, our branding is deleted from the player.

Which of the browsers mentioned above works best with VideoSpicer?
For the best VideoSpicer editing experience, we advise you to use Google Chrome. But, any other modern and up-to-date browser will work fine, too.
Do my viewers have to install any software, app or plug-in?
What about copyright? Is it legal to use VideoSpicer on a public video?
In most cases, it is completely legal to use VideoSpicer on a public video. Since this is a difficult and complicated matter, our software developer VideoSpicer has collected more information on copyright infringement laws here. You yourself are in charge of using public content with respect. Please do read our terms of service and our disclaimer, too. VideoSpicer does not alter the underlying video, it just adds an extra interactive layer over it, which means that most copyright laws do not apply.
Moreover, VideoSpicer will come to its full potential when you start making your own educational videos with interactivity in mind.
Is support included in my subscription?
Support will be delivered depending the subscription. But first of all, you can always contact us and we will be available. When applying for a free trial support will be given on a best effort bases by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. When you apply for a Spicy package we will supply you with both email and chat support. We will respond within 24hrs. The hot chili subscription provides you with the same but the difference is that next to the 24hrs response time we will also provide you with a feedback or solution (when possible) within 24hrs.
In the The Jalapeno package we customize the support based upon customer request. So when you choose this package we will make a customized agreement in which we commit to an agreed resolution time when possible).
I combine my website strategy with an active Youtube strategy. Are views still counted for Youtube when watching through the VideoSpicer Player?
All parameters for Youtube are still registered. VideoSpicer does not stand in the way of any Youtube strategy, but enhances the functionalities of your website and individuel videos.
